Pools - Hana

This
may be the most popular spot in Hana. It is called
Seven Pools because of the seven pools formed by waterfalls.
If you are going to make the trip to Hana, this is a must
stop.

Here is what you see when you first arrive at the 7 Pools.
Here, you actually see 3 of the pools. There are 2
waterfalls dumping into the first 2 pools. The other
pools are more inland, and require a 2 mile hike to view.
The hike ends at a monstrous 700 foot waterfall.

This is a closer view of one of the pools. This is the
most people I have seen all day. Looks like almost 10.
This is definitely the hot spot of Hana. If you look
closely, you can see a brave fellow sitting on the rocks to
the left of the falls. He is contemplating and working
up the courage to jump off the 20 foot cliff. It took
him about 10 minutes, but he finally jumped in.

This
guy had no problem jumping off the 20 foot cliff, in swan
dive formation.

This
is the next pool up. I am standing where those other
guys jumped off.

This
is a view as I turn around to view to ocean, and the bottom
part of the 7 Pools.
