Makena
Makena is another one of Maui's place's that has pristine
beaches. Beaches in Maui were not as populated as I
anticipated, and this is because there is so many beautiful
beaches, people are just spread out over all of them.
What makes this area different than the other's is that
Makena has a nude beach. There are 2 beaches here.
One is called Big Beach, and the nude beach is called
Small Beach. The way to get to small beach is by
climbing over this rock that I am standing in front of, that
separates the two beaches. If you are brave enough to
venture over onto Small Beach, make sure to bring extra sun
protection.
