Happy Trails - North Shore

   I found this place in the Hawaii Entertainment book I purchased.  Even if you are going to Hawaii for a week, buying an Entertainment book would be a smart investment.  Use it one time, and you pay for the book.  Here, I was able to use my coupon to save $40 off the price of 2 admissions.  Click here to pick one up.  We signed up for a 1-hour horse ride.  There were about 10 of us in all ready to venture into the hills of Hawaii.  Before we saddled up, our guide, Marc, gave us a very informative 10-minute talk.  After a few minutes, my horse, Trigger, and I were were ready to embark on our journey.  We took a 1-hour ride through mountainous forests, overlooking Oahu and some of the bays.
